Parents of each child registering for our youth program MUST commit to at least one of the following support areas in order for their registration to be accepted. Our program cannot run efficiently without your support. Please check areas that you plan to sincerely commit to. We thank you in advance for whatever time you can offer.

PLEASE NUMBER YOUR TOP THREE (3) CHOICES IN ORDER OF PREFERENCE

______Volunteer Coach - (this is one of our greatest needs) NO EXPERIENCE is necessary. You'll be taught everything you need to know. Practices and meets are Mon. & Thurs., 6-8 p.m .. If you can only commit to one night per week, that's ok. We need at least 50-60 coaches. (Training sessions for coaches will be held during April. You'll be notified of the exact dates).

______Meet Helpers - volunteers who help with miscellaneous support duties during weekly competitions. You must commit to at least 2 nights during the season.

______Board of Directors - consists of parents, coaches or Sr. Team members who meet 6-8 times during the year to discuss club issues, policies, rules, etc. No experience is necessary. Meetings are informal discussions about how to best conduct Club business.

______ Fund-Raising Committee - discuss and implement ways to raise funds or help with events already planned

______Banquet Committee - need around 6 people to organize banquet function, sell tickets and coordinate actual event.

______Meet Result Committee - need 2-6 people who are available on nights of competition to record each child's performance onto a poster board for viewing and recording of personal records.

______Concession Committee - volunteers to organize and/or run concessions during weekly meets.
